Deposit
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed up by a deposit payment of DKK 1,500 in Level A, DKK 1,000 in Level B and DKK 800 in level C. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first and/or the last night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel bill upon checkout.
Changes
All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service Copenhagen A/S in writing and not to the hotel.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation or changes: Up to 25 January 2007 the deposit will be refunded - less a hotel-processing fee of DKK 400; from 25 January and up to 25 February 2007, the deposit will only be refunded - less a hotel-processing fee of DKK 400 – if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate the room to another guest. After 25 February 2007 no refund of hotel deposit will be made. The reservation for first and/or last night can also be paid with a valid credit card. Please note that all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer.
