Reservation
In order to secure an accommodation suiting your needs and wishes, you are encouraged to book as soon as possible and recommendable before 25 January, 2007. Please note that there is no hotel accommo-dation within walking distance to the Congress venue and most of the official Congress hotels are located in the city centre of Copenhagen. A limited number of triple bedrooms are available. If you require a triple bedroom, please contact DIS Congress Service in writing, stating all names and arrival and departure dates.
The Congress Bureau offers hotel accommodation at specially reduced Congress prices. Delegates who want to book hotel accommodation should indicate the preferred hotel category on the hotel reservation form. Reservation(s) will only be valid after the deposit(s) have been received. Please note that reservations are made on a first-come-first-served basis and will be allocated at the time of receipt of deposit payment (per room) by the Congress Bureau. If the category of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the closest alternative will be allocated.
Hotels
Most official Congress hotels are situated in the city centre of Copenhagen.
Deposit
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed up by a deposit payment of DKK 1,500 in Level A, DKK 1,000 in Level B and DKK 800 in level C. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first and/or the last night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel bill upon checkout.
Changes
All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service Copenhagen A/S in writing and not to the hotel.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation or changes: Up to 25 January 2007 the deposit will be refunded - less a hotel-processing fee of DKK 400; from 25 January and up to 25 February 2007, the deposit will only be refunded - less a hotel-processing fee of DKK 400 – if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate the room to another guest. After 25 February 2007 no refund of hotel deposit will be made. The reservation for first and/or last night can also be paid with a valid credit card. Please note that all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer.

Please indicate your preferred price level on the registration and pay a hotel deposit accordingly. As soon the Congress Bureau has received your hotel deposit you will be notified regarding the name of the hotel.
