Confirmation
If the Congress Bureau receives the completed registration form before 18 April 2007, written confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to the Congress participant upon receipt of registration fees. All registrations received after 18 April 2007 will be processed on site and will not release a written confirmation. Registration made after 18 April 2007 may lead to minor delay at the registration desks in connection with the issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts. Please remember to bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.
It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any error in the confirmed, please contact DIS Congress Service in writing immediately.
In the event that DIS Congress Service has not received your full payment for the Congress fee and/or related events/tours before 25 March ordered events/tours inclusive free events may be cancelled without any further notice. The cancelled events/tours can be re-booked and paid on-site if space is available. Omission of payment within stipulated deadline may result in adjustment of the fees valid on the day of receipt of payment.
Cancellation of participation - a written request is mandatory
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Congress will have their paid fee refunded less a processing fee of DKK 500 provided that written notice of non-attendance (by letter or fax) is received by the Congress Bureau before 25 February 2007. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of fee can be expected. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
